The opportunity
The Technology Graduate Program offers pathways for graduates who want to apply their skills in an innovative and global environment. With a focus on designing, developing and enhancing our technology systems and architecture, our graduates are drivers of change who are passionate about creating market leading customer and employee experiences. Providing you with the opportunity to grow transferrable capabilities including extensive programming, coding, development, analyst and change skills, our graduates at the forefront of an ever-changing technology landscape.
Your Graduate journey
Over the two-year program, you’ll rotate through a number of teams giving you variety and flexibility to develop your skills. Rotations opportunities are aligned to the business strategy and priorities offering you meaningful work and the chance to make a real impact.
A tailored professional development program overlays your rotations and includes:
- A series of formal workshops
- Technical skills training
- Customer immersion activities
- Participation in a Business Improvement Project (BIP)
Sharing your experiences with your cohort, you’ll start building a network of who are committed to your development and success. Your support network is made up of:
- The Graduate Program Talent Manager who oversees the program from end to end
- Your Graduate Champion will act as a mentor through your journey
- A Buddy from a previous cohort will share their lived experiences with you
- The Talent Team will work with you during the program and beyond to match you with opportunities
- The graduate alumni community and senior leadership team will be your cheerleaders
Pay and benefits
- A permanent full-time contract from the start of the program
- Competitive base salary
- 12% superannuation contributions
- Participation in a Short-Term Incentive (STI) bonus plan (up to 10% of salary + super)
- 20 days paid annual leave per year with option to take additional purchase leave

Eligibility criteria
- Hold Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency status at the time of application
- Have completed your first undergraduate (Bachelor) degree in 2023 or 2024
- Be able to start a full-time role based in Sydney in February 2025
