Gender Equality at Clyde & Co

Gender equality is an important aspect of the Clyde & Co Diversity & Inclusion strategy. GECCO (Gender Equality at Clyde & Co) is an Employee Resource Group that provides a forum for our people who are interested and passionate about gender equality and supports the firm in building a diverse and inclusive workplace with the aim to achieve gender equality. 

GECCO focuses on: 

  • Raising awareness and providing guidance/advice. Contributing and showcasing practical advice and guidance on relevant topics in an engaging way to all of our people. Examples include implicit bias awareness raising and career storytelling.
  • Connections and Networking. To provide a platform for discussion, support and connection with each other on a more informal level.

Some of our initiatives include: 

  • Review of Clyde & Co’s existing policies
  • Providing support for working parents for transition back into the workplace 
  • Celebrations and events for key dates including International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women and International Women’s Day.
