SEE YOURSELF IN OUR GRADUATE PROGRAM:
As part of our 18 month program, our tailored experience has a 4 rotation structure which allows you to experience our 6 Business & Private Banking (BPB) streams. Through these rotations, you'll gain an in-depth understanding of BPB, have continued learning opportunities and be able to develop your analytical as well as relationship building capabilities.
You will have your first and last rotation in Business Banking SME with flexibility to preference your second & third rotation in any other BPB stream. Most graduates will typically come in as an analyst, where you will be provided with the opportunity to work in a SME Centre team, providing you with direct access to our high performing Relationship Managers and Analysts.
You'll also have the opportunity to work on a number of BPB wide projects, which will give you the opportunity to make an impact in front of our senior leaders.

You will receive extensive training and development, including our 2 week Graduate Academy based in Sydney at the beginning of your program as well as attending a number of development conferences as part of the program!
