      2022 Property Graduate Program

      As a participant of the two-year Lendlease Graduate Program you will be supported through a structured learning and development program, rotations, dynamic managers, various on the job activities, networking and social activities – allowing you to build lasting relationships with both senior leaders and fellow graduates.

      Our Property business is diverse with expertise across multiple sectors including the development of master planned communities, inner city mixed-use development, apartments, commercial, retail and retirement living. Through the Investment Management business we are involved managing capital on behalf of institutional investors, as well as property and asset management.

      As a Property Graduate you will gain broad experience in the Property sector across our core business functions. Rotations may include Development, Funds Management, Capital Transactions or Asset Management that will provide the foundation to become a well-rounded Property professional.

      We encourage students to apply from varying degrees including Property Economics, Construction Management & Property, Property Development, Business, Finance, Law, Sustainability, Design Architecture, Urban Planning, Commerce or Civil Engineering.       Masters (Coursework)

      RMIT Online's Master of Marketing will allow you to gain a deeper understanding of the role of marketing within an organisation.
      Entry Requirements
      2 year duration

      An Australian bachelor degree (or equivalent), or higher-level qualification, in any discipline from a recognised tertiary institution.

      1.5 year duration

      An Australian bachelor degree (or equivalent), or higher-level qualification, in a business or related discipline from a recognised tertiary*

      OR

      An Australian bachelor degree (or equivalent), or higher-level qualification, from a recognised tertiary institution in any discipline plus a minimum of two years relevant work

      OR

      The RMIT Graduate Certificate in Marketing^.

      ^Upon successful completion of the Graduate Certificate you will have the opportunity to progress to the Master degree.

      *If your qualification was completed more than 10 years ago you will need to provide evidence of ongoing professional work and/or professional development in the same discipline as the program for which you are seeking entry to be granted advanced standing.

      • Australian bachelor degree or equivalent, or higher level qualification, in business (or a related discipline);

        OR
      • Australian bachelor degree or equivalent in a non-cognate discipline, plus at least three years relevant management work experience;

        OR
      • RMIT Graduate Certificate in Marketing

      International students are required to provide current evidence of English language proficiency for admission to RMIT University (see below).

      To study this course you will need to complete one of the following English proficiency tests:

      • IELTS (Academic): minimum overall band of 6.5 (with no individual band below 6.0)
      • TOEFL (Internet Based Test - IBT): minimum overall score of 79 (with minimum of 13 in Reading, 12 in Listening, 18 in Speaking and 21 in Writing)
      • Pearson Test of English (Academic) (PTE (A)): minimum score of 58 (with no communication band less than 50)
      • Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE): minimum of 176 with no less than 169 in any component.
