Application process and required documents

To apply, go to Job & Opportunities Tab.

You'll need to complete the application form. This is where you'll get the chance to tell us about who you are, your skills, and your experience.

Once you have submitted your online application, successful candidates will then go through the following steps:

  • Online Assessment – a variety of online assessments to identify your capabilities and understand how you work.
  • The Video Interview – this is where we get to know you better. We’ll ask you a few questions and you’ll record your responses.

  • Culture is amazing, very friendly, and leaders are accessible.
  • The culture is very inclusive and appreciates the differences among people.
  • As a graduate, I am getting responsibility from my leaders and support to develop.
  • I enjoy the work that I do. I love working with customers and working as a team to achieve a common goal.
  • Company benefits and working culture. Physical offices are also really nice.
  • There are quite a few processes and systems to learn, so it can be daunting at first.
  • The technology programs can be old, and things take a longer time to process.
  • Being a bank, there is a lot of compliance to follow.
  • It can get busy during peak times, so you'll have to work longer hours.
  • I do feel at times there is a lack of training on how to use a system here and there, but you can normally just find that out yourself.
