8.4
8.4 rating for Diversity, based on 7 reviews
Please provide further information on diversity with respect to women, ethnic minorities and LGBT. Please comment on issues such as recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc.
There is a strong effort for diversity especially for women at PiP. There have been initiatives and changes to make WFH easier as well.

There is a lot done to promote D&I in the company - e.g. weekly newsletters, training etc. I think most people are very cognisant of D&I issues in the workplace and are very respectful. It's just a shame that at the director level, there aren't any females or many people of colour in those executive positions (our CEO excluded). Most of the leadership are quite cognisant of the diversity imbalances and there has been a big push for more female consultants at every level. The policies around retention are starting to be a bit better, but things like flexible working arrangements are still yet to be fleshed out.

What does your company do to attract applicants from less privileged backgrounds?
Honestly not sure but I don't think the company discriminates against anyone from less privileged backgrounds either
