Your role

As a Sales Engineer Graduate within the Air Solutions team, you will have the opportunity to work with the B2B Sales team in commercial sales and provide technical assistance with our aircon products.

You will have the following responsibilities:

  • Technical consulting to the Specialist commercial contractors and consultants.
  • Providing assistance in reviewing Samsung’s Commercial business plan, utilising client feedback analysis for future direction.
  • Ensure that regular call cycles are maintained with a view to developing & securing commercial business & relationships with commercial contractors, consultants & specifiers.
  •  Provide assistance with the distribution of Samsung Technical selling aids for the Consultant and Commercial sector (eg: DVM Pro / Tech data and product specifications)
  • Assist with presentations to industry bodies, distributors, and customers.
  • Forward forecast data and project pipeline data to the Manager for review & approval on a weekly basis

About you

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate
  • Have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Passionate about technology or consumer electronics
  • A mechanical engineering internship experience is highly regarded.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles such as retail, sales, or customer service.
  • Intermediate MS Office application skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
