Sheridan [00:00:10] I would say probably just fully immerse yourself in everything that you can. So Bunzl offers a lot of self-growth. So we do have a lot of platforms that have a lot of different trainings, and it's called Grow with Bunzl. So it's a platform that you can go and has different ideas or trainings or just information about a lot of stuff, you know, like even Excel. It's got a little thing of how to improve your skills. So I think just fully immersing yourself in everything that you can. Getting to know the company and also building as many relationships as you can with people. I think that helps in any workspace. Getting to know the people that have been there for such a long time that can really pass down their wisdom to you, I think is a massive asset.
