Justin [00:00:03] What would you say is probably your best piece of advice for any other potential students or grads who want to apply to the graduate programme at Hydro Tasmania?

Dani [00:00:13] Well, firstly, go for it. You miss all the shots that you do not take. But secondly, I think the biggest tip that I don't remember who gave it to me, but I'd pass it on at any moment I can. But it's the idea that, you know, a resumé submitting a resumé is about checking skills. If someone's giving you an interview with someone's progressing you past that, look at you on a piece of paper stage, they're pretty confident you can do the job. The rest of it is about fit and it's about culture, and it's about you selling yourself and them also selling themself, you know, it's a two-way street, so just be yourself and be authentic.
