We believe that a grad program should be primarily aimed at candidates with little to no professional work experience. For us, that's kind of the point of a graduate program, is to give people this amazing, broad introduction to their professional careers. And so it's not a requirement that anyone has any prior professional work experience for any of that grad roles. Some of that can help, but it's certainly not a prerequisite.
