Does BHP offer onsite support for female interns and grads?

The company has matured around how we've thought about diversity in the workplace particularly in the last 5 years and then even more so in the last 2 years. There's a lot more capital being spent to change the way we interact and make the workplace safer. We've actually got teams of people where it's part of their job to continue to make it better and safer for everybody to speak up. BHP is genuinely pushing hard and intro trying to change the overall culture particularly in Australia. It may be initially daunting coming into a male dominated industry, but you have good support systems in your buddies, line leaders, and managers. There are regular discussions about sexism and some people still experience it, but everyone I've spoken to has felt comfortable to bring it up.

The EAP is also completely anonymous so if you just want to go and talk to someone, they're always there to listen and help you through anything.
