Rem [00:00:04] That's a great question. We actually don't have a minimum GPA requirement for our graduates. This is something I'm really, really passionate about. For a long time, grades were used as a proxy, I guess, for someone's broadly cognitive ability. We don't believe that's the case. We think there can also be quite a lot of bias sometimes that comes through in how people perform in an educational setting, which can be quite different to a work setting. So we actually don't look at someone's grades. The requirement for us is that someone has successfully completed their tertiary studies, and as long as they've got the grades required to actually successfully complete, that's fine by us.
