What is the application process for Business Graduate Program at TAL?

Based on Bella's experience when applying for the Business Graduate Program at TAL, the application process commences with:

Written application
Psychometric testing
Video interview
Dependinding on the circumstances, the candidate will be invited to an assessment center or one-on-one interview (with possible involvement of business sponsor or other graduates)

After you finished with all of the selection process, you will be receiving an offer to join TAL as a graduate!
