Bella shared the top three cool perks that TAL offers to its grads. First off, there's a free gym in the Sydney office that's getting a makeover. Then, they make sure fresh fruits are delivered to the office, which is awesome. 

Lastly, TAL encourages giving back to the community and gives every employee a day to volunteer. Bella organized a day where she and her fellow grads cooked meals for the homeless at the Salvation Army. These benefits make life as a TAL grad really awesome!
