Unilever has set a goal to cut its environmental impact in half, through its Unilever Sustainable Living Plan. This plan focuses on switching to renewable energy, making cleaning products more eco-friendly, using 100% recyclable packaging and reducing staff travel.

My section of the business has its brand centred around reducing its environmental footprint, so it's kept front and centre for moral and business reasons Telstra sets targets to reduce its overall emissions, as well as offset its carbon footprint. Capex is dedicated to increasing efficiency within the network through improving technology and maintenance. There is also a strong push toward recycling, especially with regard to technologies (e.g. Mobile Muster).
