Your role

Join Dell's Technologies as a Graduate Partner Account Manager on the Channel Sales team in Sydney to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact. Dell is committed to flexible work arrangements so this is a hybrid role. It would require three days in our Chatswood office and two days working from home.

As part of the Sales Academy, you will commence with a 3-month training program designed to introduce you to the Dell business and learn about the products and solutions. In this role, you will also support the Account Managers to deliver solutions that address customers’ varying needs. You will either work independently or with a subject matter expert.

Day in the Life of a Sales Graduate:

  • Support the sales process, from presales to post-sales helping with tasks like quoting, invoicing, placing orders, scoping, administration, and more
  • Cooperate and collaborate with colleagues, cross-functionally
  • Communicate with customers via phone or email
  • Learn about Dell’s products and solutions

About you

Essential Requirements

  • You graduated within 12 months of program commencement
  • Passionate about Sales and Technology
  • Ideally, some experience working in a sales and/or environment building customer relationships such as retail
  • Great time management and organisational skills
