Remuneration & Career Growth

In your first two weeks at Turnbull, you'll take part in their Future City Shapers Accelerated Learning Program: a 2-week crash course on the fundamentals of transport infrastructure design. You'll hear about what each of their technical squads does, learn about where design consultancy like theirs fit into the transport infrastructure industry and gain early exposure to some of the tools that we use to do their jobs on a day-to-day basis. The Future City Shapers Accelerated Learning Program will ensure that you hit the ground running on your Turnbull journey.

Over the first two years of your time at Turnbull, you will complete four 6-12 month rotations through four of their technical squads. The goal of the rotations is to give you exposure to different aspects of transport infrastructure design. You'll get an appreciation for some of the unique design constraints that their technical squads must deal with, and will emerge as a well-rounded engineer. After your fourth rotation, you'll move permanently into one of their technical squads to continue your development into an expert in your chosen field.
