Justin [00:00:03] So can you tell me, do you use any kind of like remote work from home or hybrid working model at Hydro Tasmania or how does that work?
Dani [00:00:14] Yeah, we do. It's quite flexible. It also definitely depends on what your role is because I work, you know, a lot of it is sort of computer-based. I'm pretty lucky that I can work remotely. So at the moment I work either one or two days from home each week, which is great. And I really like the flexibility and my team, a lot of my team does that as well. So we sort of have set days that we're in the office all together and then days where a lot of us work from home, but it's very flexible and then some days ... some weeks where I'm in the office five days, sometimes only two.
