Justin [00:00:03] And do you remember what was probably the hardest part of the application process to the grad programme at Hydro Tasmania?

Dani [00:00:12] All of it, all the processes are difficult. I always find the initial like resumé submission difficult because it's really hard to get yourself across and try and sell yourself on paper. But the group assessment was probably the most nerve-wracking just because it's it's really hard not to, you know, talk yourself down or compare yourself to others when you're sitting there surrounded by so many other great candidates and thinking like, well, this is it, they're never going to pick me, which is a really challenging bit to go through.
